Building a business around you

Let's talk about building a business that works for you.  One of the biggest mistakes I see often (myself included) is when you try to build a business around an idea, or something that you've seen other people do, but you're not really truly connected to that offer. This is a recipe for burnout very fast because if you're doing what motivates you then when you fall (which you will) you'll most likely stay down.  I don't want to see this happen to you, which is why building a business around YOU and your Passion is so important.  In this episode, I walk through the triggering questions that will help you niche down so you can blow up.
