In this short episode I star with a personal share - the sad news of the loss of my furry bestie ChilliYou will then hear about an inspiring story from my local meditation community in Nowra. A somewhat similar story to mine, a local man (Barron Hanson) leaving the high-stress world of New York advertising to bring mindfulness and wellness to his hometown.
