In this short episode I star with a personal share - the sad news of the loss of my furry bestie ChilliYou will then hear about an inspiring story from my local meditation community in Nowra. A somewhat similar story to mine, a local man (Barron Hanson) leaving the high-stress world of New York advertising to bring mindfulness and wellness to his hometown. I share this because it's something that brought solace during this time - is my meditation community and an opportunity to lose myself in a "wisdom talk" that explored the difference between a conscious and a commercial business.And it got me thinking about building our businesses the RIGHT way, which I'm becoming increasingly passionate about.In this episode I mention Be Here Nowra, 108.io and Nicho Plowman.I am sharing this to encourage you to consider building a conscious business too.
