Nick Francis co-founded Help Scout, a customer service tool used by more than 10,000 businesses, in 2011. Since day one, this customer service software company has been fully remote, and today, they boast a team of about 90 people, with folks working from 70 cities globally. Nick’s mission in life is to build things that stand the test of time: products people love, a place people want to work, and a business with a far-reaching impact.
