This week's guest was Julianna Lyddon, who is a marriage, family, and child counselor. She is also an author and hosts her own weekly radio show on the Toginet radio network called Connecting With Julianna every Friday at 4pm Eastern. We talked about some of the reasons why relationships are difficult. Among those reasons are lack of effective communication, financial issues, and career changes. We also discussed the importance of partners understanding and supporting one another. Another hot topic was developing and listening to our intuition to guide us through difficult situations in our lives. The importance of calming our bodies and minds is key to achieving a peaceful state that allows us to make better and more intelligent choices.
