However, plans changed, and she found herself with just a month to secure a job or return home. After meeting a couple in need of someone to start a modelling agency, and despite having no prior experience, she seized the opportunity and established Sublime Agency before starting her own modelling and promotions firm, Dubai Hostesses (formerly known as Lush Group) in 2009. Kelly's entrepreneurial spirit and quick thinking turned this venture into a remarkable success. She now provides guidance, advice, and support to individuals or entrepreneurs who are starting or running their own businesses. Today’s chat covers everything from her background, the surgery which nearly cost her her life and how she became the extremely the successful businesswoman that she is today, all whilst being a mum to 3 – and soon to be 4 little ones.
