from The American College of Artificial Intelligence and Medicine

Dr. Nina Kottler is a practicing radiologist and one of the nation’s foremost leaders in clinically responsible artificial intelligence in medicine. With more than 20 years of experience and a graduate background in applied mathematics and optimization theory, she brings a rare combination of deep clinical insight, operational leadership, and technical expertise to the future of AI-enabled healthcare. Dr. Kottler serves as Chief Medical AI Officer at Mosaic Clinical Technologies, the technology arm of Radiology Partners, where she leads the vision, development, and large-scale deployment of AI across the largest radiology practice in the United States. As the first radiologist to join Radiology Partners, she played a foundational role in shaping the organization’s clinical, operational, and AI strategy from the ground up. Beyond her work in clinical practice, Dr. Kottler is an Associate Fellow at the Stanford Center for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine and Imaging (AIMI) and serves on national committees for the American College of Radiology (ACR), RSNA, and SIIM, as well as the RadEqual Steering Committee, where she champions equity and leadership advancement in medical imaging and healthcare technology.
