She is also founding chair of the Latin American Network for Legislative Transparency. Lotte Geunis is a Program Officer at the Open Government Partnership (OGP) and is based in Brussels. She leads OGP’s parliamentary engagement and supports OGP's public service delivery work across the Partnership.
