Building Grey Moon Cannabis from the Ground Up with Caitlyn Cerna

Caitlyn Cerna of Grey Moon Cannabis in Jal, New Mexico didn't come into the industry chasing profit - she came in to fix a broken customer experience. In this episode, Caitlyn walks through building a vertically integrated cannabis operation from retail to manufacturing to a long-awaited greenhouse, the setbacks nobody warns you about, and why compliance-first thinking separates operators who survive from those who don't. Mr. Scunk and Caitlyn also dig into the collapse of wholesale flower prices, the future of consumption lounges in small markets, solventless extraction, and what it really looks like to build craft cannabis in southeast New Mexico. New episodes weekly. Stream live at twitch.tv/scunkgaming Wednesday through Sunday.
