Originally from The Heights in New York City, Robert Carrillo made the South Bronx his home after college and, since 2020, has called San Bernardino home. Robert is building the Launch Pad Collective in San Bernardino. LaunchPad Collective (LPC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to foster sustainable economic development and resilience in San Bernardino through an innovative, sustainable, mixed-use development model that offers housing across income levels, job training, and entrepreneurship opportunities. With 25+ years of experience in real estate, Robert has honed his skills across the spectrum of the industry. From investment banking and commercial and residential brokerage to affordable housing, property management, and development, he deeply understands real estate.Beyond his professional endeavors, Robert is committed to community and youth development. Volunteering on non-profit boards and creating two impactful youth development programs has allowed him to contribute to positive change actively. As a community activist and former special education teacher, Robert is eager to combine his passion for empowering young individuals with his love for real estate.Robert has fostered meaningful connections throughout his career, earned clients' trust, and delivered exceptional results.
