She is the CEO and Founder of Ethos, a full-service diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) transformation firm closing the opportunity gap underrepresented and underserved groups in companies through Consulting, Training, and Programs. Before Ethos, Alida headed up investors, partners, brand, and portfolio company growth at Hyde Park Angels.
