I’ve struggled with this principle over the years in a number of different areas… When I stacked on a few pounds after a running injury, I knew how much work it would take to get back to racing weight… and that became a barrier to starting my recovery process.Often, the gap is so daunting that we feel like we don’t know where to begin.
