Known for his drive and goal-oriented mindset, Jonathan purchased his first home at the age of 19 and later became an accidental landlord, which sparked his interest in real estate investing. Over the years, he has expanded his real estate portfolio by completing duplex and triplex conversions, as well as a commercial to residential conversion. Currently, Jonathan is exploring land development opportunities in Niagara Region, with the support of his wife who is an in-house ecologist specializing in environmental constraint analysis. Through his real estate ventures, Jonathan has established strong relationships with various professionals in the industry and aims to provide a one-stop shop for real estate investment in Niagara. Aside from his real estate ventures, Jonathan continues to work full-time while also managing and operating several small businesses. He built a bookkeeping team that caters directly to real estate investors and lawyers, after realizing the need for bookkeeping services in his own investment portfolio.
