Joining The Hume Center in 2007, he redirected his focus to adults with serious mental illness, infusing creativity and an emphasis on family into his approach to healing. With expertise in clinical boundaries, psychotherapy, and program development, Dr. Celio's impact extends to Prevention and Early Intervention, Housing Support Services, and community initiatives to combat stigma. As an advocate for mental wellness, he teaches on various topics, contributes to systemic change, and has received multiple awards for his commitment to the mental health community.
