Building Research in EM- The Emergency Medicine Foundation Turns 50

Emergency Medicine as a profession is only a bit over 50 years old and past decisions and guidelines have been based on evidence and research outside EM. The emergency department is a unique environment and management should be guided by emergency medicine based researched. That is the goal of the Emergency Medicine Foundation(EMF) and this year, it turns 50. We are joined at ACEP22 by Drs. Jeff Goodloe, Mo Canellas, and Adrian Haimovich about EMF and EM centered research.
