Building Strategic Foundations

Welcome back to the Building Brave podcast. In this episode, we discuss the importance of Building Strategic Foundations so that as the market shifts and culture changes, you have something sturdy to continue building upon instead of finding yourself lost in a sea of tactics and strategies. we invite you to consider the following thoughts: Coming home to your body and developing trust in your inner compass is deeply foundational, strategic work. There is permission to leave behind dogmatic / culty / manipulating marketing tactics that leave you flailing in the wind and develop real relationships with your customers, your business, and the marketplace. Change is the only constant. Fractal evolution is our pattern as a humanity. Consider building strategic foundations that support growth, evolution, and the capacity to hold change and transformation instead of hide from it. There is radical medicine in seeing your business as a separate entity from you. It is a portal for liberation and radical change in the collective. It is not your whole identity. It does not have to carry the weight of your whole purpose in the world. It is an entity worthy of boundaries, respect, relationship, listening, and care. Perhaps your only role as a founder is to nurture its growth through providing leadership, frameworks, and direction. About Building Brave Building Brave kicks off the season on October 5th.
