Today's episode features Erik Hatch. He is a North Dakota-based real estate agent and team lead for his brokerage Hatch Realty. Like many, he didn't begin his professional career in real estate. He was first a youth minister for nearly a decade. It was here where he found his passion for guiding individuals toward success. Starting out his career part-time in real estate back in 2006, Erik later found himself growing toward a full-time real estate agent and team lead. Erik also does leadership and business coaching.
