She holds a certification as a Pre and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) and Trauma Inform Pelvic Health (TIPH)  in addition to  completing a divers variety of pelvic health courses. Brianna is especially passionate about getting to the root cause of each individual's pelvic floor dysfunction which involves assessing nervous system regulation, biomechanics, lifestyle habits and more. She believes it is her job to empower her clients to better understand what's going on with their own bodies, and walk alongside them in their journey to recovery. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends while cooking a homemade meal. She is always down for an outdoor adventure including water and snow sports.
