At 18, Seth enlisted in the U.S. Army as an infantryman and later served in the Honor Guard. However, after his time in the military, he found himself at a crossroads, unsure of the direction his life should take. A series of jobs followed, but it wasn’t until he entered the construction industry—working alongside his brother—that Seth found his true calling. Starting out in the field, swinging a hammer, Seth dedicated himself to mastering the trade, and over time, his hard work and commitment opened the door to project management.
