Workers are adding four of the nine apartment units to the rear of the property, according to a permit filed with Louisville Metro Planning and Design. We also go over the latest information on the crash of UPS Flight 2976. The National Transportation Safety Board held hearings on the crash this week, which focused on UPS maintenance decisions ahead of the flight as well as the equipment failure that ultimately led to the crash.
