After renovating her own properties in 2019 & 2020 and starting with just £20,000, Emma quickly got the property bug and decided a year later to leave her corporate career behind her to pursue creating luxury high-spec family homes in her local area.  To date, Emma has flipped 12 properties with another three in the current pipeline and has raised over £2million from angel investors. Emma's second year of trading amounted to a turnover of over £1 million with a net profit of six figures.  In December last year, Emma was crowned Young Property Investor of the Year 2023.
