Much of your personal brand is how you appear to others on the outside, but the paradox is almost all of this is influenced by what you are doing on the inside with your inner work and reflection.

As someone committed to finding any way I can to move beyond drama that causes interferences in my life. I've found that there are some counter-intuitive ways that you can evolve yourself that then greatly affects your own personal brand within the workplace and your colleagues.

In this episode, you will walk away with actionable strategies and mindset shifts to grow your personal brand through the lens of carving away drama. In doing so you will grow your influence, continue to be authentic at work and open up professional opportunities you can't imagine.

The main ideas we cover to make this happen are:

  1. Be the most open to feedback and growth in the room
  2. Check and understand your Drama Quotient often (Here is the self-assessment PDF for you to calculate the true value you add at work that I mention)
  3. Be a "how we coulder" not a "why we can'ter"
  4. Pride yourself on the intention of being the most neutral and clearest in the room, not the smartest

Hope you enjoyed this episode as I was able to cover a topic that I don't usually get to go into much detail on during my keynotes and trainings.
