Most Christians are praying to get out of hard places. But Jesus keeps showing up in the worst ones on purpose.He didn't announce his church in Jerusalem. He took his disciples 30 miles north to the most perverse place of his day, a city so dark that Jewish rabbis forbade people from going there.
