She has a master's degree in nutrition and has a podcast called Binge Dieting. She sees people privately over zoom and also has an online class. Her work is more behavioral than food-related even though she is a dietitian. She uses the model of Internal Family Systems therapy among other practices, such as intuitive eating.  However, she believes bulimia and anorexia are not bad. They are coping mechanisms. They are held inside of PARTS in us that are trying to help us.
