Bulky Weights and Crying’s Great! w/ Allie Kiger

Today, I was lucky enough to chat with the one and only Allie Kiger! She is only 22 but her wisdom far surpasses that. She is a member of the USA Team for Artistic Roller Skating, and will be graduating in May with a BS in Biomedical Sciences, but her real passion is mental health. This episode, Allie basically just inspires the heck out of me. We chat about her experiences training as a world level athlete, how she grounds herself, and she makes me cry!!
