Bullies & Empaths Can’t Coexist | Manic Monday

Hi - we are discussing why I left my job recently. Do not do what I did and stay at a toxic job for too long. I regret not reporting these people to HR for their gross behaviors, and from now on I will not let people treat me in these ways ever again. Be kind to others but do not take any shit. Learn from my mistakes and stand up for yourself. Do not try to be nice just to keep the peace. And if someone is treating you like garbage? Talk to management EVERY TIME, HR, anyone - until someone hears you and does something about it. I am still learning and I hope you all can take something from this episode. I think when we allow people to treat us unfairly it is a mirror into how we think we deserve to be treated. Self love is hard and I am finding my way through respecting myself, and how I want others to respect me. Sometimes we have to learn it the hard way. I let this job slowly break me down in the worst way. I am still angry with how things have played out, but life keeps moving and I have to keep up, learn, and grow. Onto the next chapter. Follow me!
