Robert Williams III, Evan Fournier, Kemba Walker and Marcus Smart all sat through injuries and illness. The load went back on Jayson Tatum (3-of-17, triple double) to score alongside Jaylen Brown (10-of-15), but the team occasionally struggled to find them. Payton Pritchard shot 5-of-8 in a spot start, while the bench struggled to score outside of Jabari Parker.
