Bulls Eye

from Mommas Pearls Show · host Cynthia Litman

Facing bullies in the playground is nothing new and we have all had our fair share of being picked on and perhaps calling someone else a bad name. However, there is a rising concern among parents as children, teenagers and even college students like Tyler Clemente, are taking extreme measures as a result of bullying. The playground for our children is expanding from the monkey bars to cyberspace and there seems to be no reprieve. Our special guest Kirk Smalley shares the tragic story of how is 11 year old son Ty, fell victim to bullying in the worst way, he committed suicide. We begin October with this topic and will be moving from the darkness of it into the light throughout the month. PLEASE BE ADVISED THIS IS AN INTENSELY EMOTIONAL SHOW AND MAY NOT APPROPRIATE FOR ALL. THERE IS ALSO A MOMENT OF SILENCE IN THE BEGINNING.
