How Lahaina-based Robert "Bully" Kotter found his way from growing up in Hawaii to starting his surf business, offering free surf lessons to families and homeless youth during the pandemic. He and his wife Ashley narrowly escaped the fires, losing his home and business, and then dedicated himself to helping kids heal in the ocean.
