Bum Brawl

We honor Mental Health Awareness Month on the show today with an interesting call review where a fairly green crew is thrown into a brawl with multiple patients. The tunnel vision and confirmation bias was thick and opportunities were missed to really understand what they had in front of them. Hear from Mike (NY AEMT-P, CIC), Phil (NY AEMT-P), Emily (NY EMT/RN) & Butch (NY AEMT-P).
