In the immortal words of Robert Kelly: "I don't see nothin wrong...with a little Bump n Grind." We here at maDCap agree wholeheartedly, and so does David Fogel of the music and events company 88DC. Along with partner Joe Liehr, Fogel had a vision for his hometown of Silver Spring, Maryland, that included an expanded bump program and robust grind capacity.
