Buoyed Arrows ready for Wits

Clinton Larsen wants to capitalise on the confidence in his Lamontville Golden Arrows camp when they travel to Johannesburg to take on Bidvest Wits in an Absa Premiership encounter tonight Abafana Bes’thende stunned Kaizer Chiefs 2-1 in their last league outing, 10 days ago, a result that lifted them to 10th on the table. They are now seeking further gains to try and make amends for what has generally been a below-par start to the season. Coach Larsen says they are eager to build on that last result in KwaMashu. Some of the momentum of that win does seem to have been lost, though, after such a long break between that match and this next one against the Students. There were no league games this past week due to the Telkom Knockout final. But Larsen insisted the break was good for them.
