In this message, Pastor Chris uncovers the reality of spiritual battles—some we face, and others we bury. There are three levels to every fight:

1. The fight before the fight You’ll never stand strong in the heat of battle if you haven’t first knelt in preparation. Before the fight, we submit ourselves to the Lord, putting our lives in order under His authority. As James 4:7 says: “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”

2. The Fight During the battle, we remember this: we have an enemy—but we also have an Advocate. The call to be sober-minded and watchful (1 Peter 5:8) isn’t a call to fear, but to awareness. We follow the Lion of Judah, not a weak or distant God.

3. The Victory And in Christ, the victory is already ours. The key to walking in that victory is not avoiding the fight but choosing wisdom, obedience, and submission to Jesus as Lord.
