Buried or Building? What Do They See?

You’re not broken. You’re buried. Buried under routine. Under pressure. Under silence. This week we talk about the emotional weight we carry and how unchecked routines, emotional bottling, and misaligned priorities are quietly eroding your confidence, connection, and clarity. This week we explore: How unchecked routines can become a prison, not a solution What your kids really see when you're not on form Why reflection, not just repetition is key to mental strength How your presence, tone, and actions shape their self-worth This matters because: Your role as a father is unmatched. Your influence runs deep. But if you're running on fumes, buried by responsibility, conflict, or a routine that no longer works for you, then you're not giving them the version of you they need. I want you to know that we (The Modern Fatherhood Club) respect the massive impact you're having on your kids lives. I personally understand the pressure but know this, we can adapt, reset and if we choose the right path then we can lead by example. This week: Reflect on the effectiveness of your daily routine. Does it fuel you or just tick boxes? Look at your week. Where are you reacting instead of leading? Simplify your actions, take a step back and reconnect.
