I don't ever want to create an episode about it just to have someone to vent to, but it's been a hard few weeks. I thought if I could figure out how to help myself, I could write down what seemed to work and share it with you.In this episode, I discuss how to learn to recognize the backward steps and encourage you to start a list of things that usually help you stop backsliding and begin making forward progress again. I share some of the mental and emotional challenges I've had and what has helped, as well as the wisdom I've gleaned about how to deal with the physical symptoms.I hope this helps you - to either help yourself if you're struggling with burnout, or to help a friend.
