Everything in life has a cost, but sacrificing our self for a job sure is expensive! Today, we're joined by Marc Kantor, Founding Partner and Corporate Director of Versa Pointe, to discuss the dangers of burnout and being boundaryless when it comes to work. This discussion is not about shying away from hard work, but about understanding the fine line between dedication and burnout, a topic that resonates with all of us striving for a healthy work-life balance. Marc offers us insights, personal anecdotes, and methods to avoid burning out for our work while also being a top performer at our jobs. Marc's triumph over addiction ignited a passion to assist others on their recovery journey. Transitioning his career in 2014, Marc trained intensively to become a Certified Intervention Professional (CIP). By 2018, he felt a resounding call to dedicate himself fully to the cause, leading him to found South Florida Intervention. This initiative aims to provide personalized solutions for those grappling with the consequences of addiction. Since its inception, Marc's compassionate approach has transformed countless lives, bridging the gap between hopelessness and a life of purpose.
