Burnout - what, why and how while managing stress in a demanding roll - The Artists Journal ep.47

from The Artists Journal · host Sean Fox

Burnout is a concept many are familiar with, but I don’t believe it is truly understood what it is, the impacts it has and how to effectively manage stress prior to getting to this point. Especially within the creative field, many are too afraid to delegate due to high competition, undervaluing personal work, low margins and a high level of pride within the output of ones work although it is essentially the most vital step toward successfully scaling a business and elevating stress in such a roll. So how do we work on this, develop ourselves and continue to live at our optimal quality of life while building a business/brand?
