Finally one doctor asked about her stress levels. Teaching high school English was taking a toll on her health. Late nights. High-strung parents. Anxious students. She was overwhelmed and exhausted nearing 30 and still making $35,000 per year with a Master's Degree. For half of 2022, she soul-searched and job searched, with nothing meeting the mark. Something was missing. Finally she goggled "great jobs for burnt out teachers," and found The Collective. After joining the Collective she's on her way to owning a six-figure business in year one. She designs her schedule. She learns something new everyday. And she says that she hasn't lost her voice once. In the spotlight, 📣 Caroline likes to say she accidentally started a business.
