My guest today is Bushwacka aka Matthew Benjamin, probably best known as one half of Layo and Bushwacka and now a qualified psychotherapist, founder of Listen Up Therapy.He’s also still an international DJ and prolific producer as he has been since the late 90s, but he's also a recovering addict. He’s been clean for over 7 years now and shares his experience of recovery from addiction and poor mental health very candidly and helps a lot of people in the process.
