Business is personal. Is it really? Every company's marketing slogan could be like this or something similar. It sounds too simple and too inflationary. However, I would say it depends on the perspective. Is it about saying that you should take every decision personally? No! But then what is it about? Take a look for yourself! Once again, thanks to LinkedIn, I have the opportunity to speak with an inspiring personality. Gretchen Nemechek - Founder of Opinari and, before that, spent several years at CoreMedia as Chief Marketing Officer and SAP as Founder #CX4HER and Senior Vice President, Sales Learning Strategy, Enablement Programs, and Content, among others. She's been in the business a long time and has been through quite a bit, and parts of that experience she shares with us today. I don't know if it's just me, but can you feel her presence?
