With today's new generation of workers, there is a tremendous 'gig' economy happening - both as full-time employment and as what is called a ''side hustle" where full-time workers have a money-making job in addition to their full-time job.But regardless of how it is done or what the job is, you need to have a written plan in place so you know where you want to go and how to get there. Just like any other project, having a written plan will add to its success.So don't wing it!
