The founder of The CEO Partner®, a systems driven, profits-obsessed, Digital Implementation agency that helps smart CEOs grow their business and meet their goals. Sonaya started her Digital Implementation Agency in November of 2011 while still working full-time as a Senior Financial Systems Analyst at TD Ameritrade. Since then, she has built a multi six-figure consulting agency and learned a ton of good and bad lessons along the way.   Show Notes “If I had one hour to save the world, I would spend fifty-five minutes defining the problem and only five minutes finding the solution." - Albert Einstein   Are you crumbling under the weight of your business? It may be a lack of system that is weighing you down.   This week, The Entrepreneurial You podcast invites Sonaya WIlliams to share her experience and expertise on “Business Process Management: How To Do It Effectively.”   Here is a snippet of what Sonaya shared: “A lot of people create businesses because they don't want to be in the corporate grind. They don't want to have to live to that 9 to 5 or they want to create their own schedule. Some people wanted to be away and do what they enjoy and not have to come back and be like at a nine-to-five. Maybe they want to work a couple hours a day or a couple hours a week. The only way you can do that is if you have the processes in place because the business still needs to run. Things still need to happen and you don't necessarily have to be the one to do that. If you have the system in place, they allow you the time freedom. They allow you to keep money on the table. Having processes and systems in place allows you to identify the support that you truly need because once you have the process down, you know what it's going to take to execute it. And you know, what kind of skills that person, whether it's a virtual assistant project manager, a launch manager, whoever, you know the skills that they need to execute.   Listen to the episode and let us know what is your biggest takeaway.   Connect with Host and Creator, Heneka Watkis-Porter   Email Instagram LinkedIn YouTube Twitter Facebook Website WhatsApp - 1876-849-2571   Support The Entrepreneurial You here fo US$5.00 monthly: https://glow.fm/tey.   Connect with Sonaya Williams:   FREE - The Get Paid Guide: The proven path for offline experts to create Reliable, Repeatable Revenue online.   Website LinkedIn Instagram Facebook   Visit our Sponsor: Jamaica Stock Exchange   SHOP The Entrepreneurial Store: https://henekawatkisporter.com/store/   BOOKS by Heneka Watkis-Porter: https://henekawatkisporter.com/books/   LEARN Podcasting: https://henekawatkisporter.com/learn/   Book Heneka Watkis-Porter to SPEAK: https://henekawatkisporter.com/speaking/   LISTEN to other podcast episodes: https://henekawatkisporter.com/teypodcast/   READ our blog: https://henekawatkisporter.com/blog/   Looking for spiritual upliftment?
