Busta Rhymes talks honoring J. Dilla’s legacy on ‘Dillagence 2’ + tells CLASSIC ‘90s stories of Biggie, Jay-Z, Q-Tip & more

Fat Joe and Jadakiss are joined by the legendary Busta Rhymes, whose new project ‘Dillagence 2’ is out everywhere TODAY and features top-to-bottom production from the late, great J. Dilla. Busta goes in depth about his bond with Jay Dee, from meeting him through Q-Tip, to supporting him in his final months in Los Angeles alongside their close friend Common, and to honoring the Detroit legend’s legacy alongside Dilla’s mother Ma Dukes. Also, the three rap icons kick back and tell some behind-the-scenes stories of the rap industry you won’t find anywhere but Joe and Jada: a young Biggie bootlegging his own tapes, Jada and The LOX’s Verzuz against Dipset, watching pioneers like Big Daddy Kane, Chuck D, and Heavy D hone their craft in the studio, and much more.
