'Busting into the Room' & 'Dog Causes Car Damage' & 'Now They’re Even'

from Judge Mathis Podcast · host Telepictures

First, The plaintiff has been friends with the defendant for several years and eventually let him move in with her. She loaned the defendant money to help him find an apartment, but he hasn’t paid her back, so she’s suing for an unpaid loan. The defendant argues the plaintiff constantly asked him for sex when they lived together. He doesn’t think he owes her. Then, The plaintiff bought a car on his 21st birthday and considered it his baby. He claims the defendant’s pit bull ran into his car, causing severe damage, so he’s suing for an insurance deductible and a rental car. The defendant admits his dog got loose the day of the accident, but there’s no way the dog could have caused the damage because he only weighs 55 pounds. Then, The plaintiff dated the defendant, and they moved in together. He got arrested during their relationship, but when he got out of jail, all of his property was destroyed. The defendant says the plaintiff assaulted her once and got him arrested. She’s countersuing for car damages because she says he vandalized her car.
