from The People’s Court Podcast · host The People’s Court Podcast

The plaintiff says he and the defendant were in a sexual relationship on and off for a few years. He claims she snapped one day and smashed his truck windows, so he’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff maced her, and then slashed her tires, egged her car, and snapped off a mirror, so they’re even.  Then, the plaintiff says she paid the defendant for a trip to London, but it was canceled because of the pandemic. He offered her a credit but won’t give her a refund. She’s suing for her money back. The defendant says he was able to get the hotel refunded, but the airlines would only offer a credit. He’s countersuing for fees for organizing the trip.  Don’t forget to rate and subscribe so you never miss an episode.   See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
