About the Guest: Kathy White currently lives on Vancouver Island, born in the UK she moved to Canada in 2018. She has one adult child and another in high school. She’s been teaching yoga since 2000. She took her first yoga class at the age of 25 in Victoria BC. She trained as an Art Psychotherapist and works both as a Yoga Teacher and certified Facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie. She sees yoga as a lifeline in the transitions and changes of life and offers her Joint Renewal System for men and women who want to have a place of calm and peace as they face challenging times.
