Laws and Legislature in the Earth doesn't redeem you from sin. You can say it's a crime to kill, but that don't stop people from killing.  Or doing any other thing. It's a crime to sell certain types of drugs, it's a crime to kidnap people, it's a crime to do that. Yes it is.
