...but for the Lord.

Often times we need a small reminder of what we have overcome and more so important, whom allowed and assisted us to overcome. As we are being inspired this week, we shall learn of the purpose of Psalm 124 as we cast our sight upon God with sheer hope of dwelling in his mansion. Although it is not for us to be together in this hour, we are on the voyage he has set before us. Psalm 124 focuses our heart on God’s wisdom. He being the very anchor of our souls reminds us that we are not on this journey without his presence. Scripture: Psalms 124:1-2, 124 If it had not been the Lord who was on our side, now may Israel say; 2 If it had not been the Lord who was on our side, when men rose up against us: Psalm 124: 8 Our help is in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth.
