Hi all, so happy to be back with another episode! This past summer, I learned a very valuable lesson on self-respect. I believe that as human beings, we are magnets for one another. We attract those who like the same things we like. We attract those who dislike the same things we dislike. What this summer taught me is that because we are magnets, we also attract people who think of themselves the same way we think about ourselves. In this episode, I explain what happened when I came face to face with someone who hates the life they choose to live. I love myself and have no problem showing up for myself when I need to.
