Buying the Nunnery! After Show

Producer Butterz has considered downsizing, so AJ & McCall try and convince him to sell his house and make a down payment on the Nunnery. Butterz isn't buying all the good and scary things that can happen at the Nunnery. AJ is now on board with telling people to stay out of this part of the west so they don't have to share it. McCall takes everyone down the rabbit hole with median housing prices as everyone decides to move.
