Los griegos, los vikingos, los celtas y hasta los egipcios fueron fieles creyentes que entregaron su vida a deidades femeninas muy poderosas.Comenzamos con Ast, una de las principales diosas egipcias, aunque seguramente has escuchado hablar de ella como Isis, su nombre griego. Ast es una deidad femenina muy importante porque representa a la Triple Diosa en un ser: reúne todos los atributos de las demás diosas egipcias.Ast fue una gran diosa considerada por los egipcios como la “Reina de los dioses”, la “Gran maga” o la “Gran diosa madre” y es la deidad de la fertilidad, la maternidad y el nacimiento. Estos apodos los consiguió porque logró resucitar a Osiris, su esposo, y procrear con él a su hijo Horus, después de que fue asesinado por su hermano Seth.Un simbolismo claro de madre protectora, elemento muy antiguo de la danza demostrada en los papiros donde grupos de bailarinas danzan con alas. Es una forma de llamar el renacer, de la tierra o de la vida. En el ritual de vida para Osiris, Ast también bailó llamándolo a la danza de los días.Por si fuera poco, Ast también fue quien creó la magia de la primera cobra, de la cual extrajo el veneno para obligar a Ra, dios de los dioses, a darle su nombre y derrotarlo. Gracias a esto Ast recibe el poder de curar las enfermedades de los dioses.La figura de las diosas es un ejemplo de la importancia del papel de la mujer en las diferentes culturas, así como de lo maravillosas, fuertes y poderosas que somos. Por eso quiero inspirarte con las deidades femeninas esta temporada, para que dejes salir todo tu potencial y recuerdes que tú también eres una diosa.Esta es la banda sonora que ha creado Andy Grey para Ast, donde hay veneno de serpiente, caballos negros de Egipto y canciones para los amantes egipcios para invocar la danza de los días de Ast.
